By purchasing the VIP Upgrade for The Femme Manifestation Method, you agree to the following terms:

VIP inclusions may consist of:

Priority access to replays and materials

All inclusions are delivered as described at the time of purchase and are subject to refinement at the discretion of the creator.

2. Limited Availability

VIP access is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy, energetic standard, and quality of the experience.

Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to access VIP benefits
VIP pricing is fixed and not eligible for discounts unless explicitly stated
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full regardless of participation

4. No Refunds or Transfers

Due to the high-touch and energetic nature of the VIP experience:

All VIP purchases are final
No refunds, transfers, or downgrades will be granted
VIP access cannot be transferred to another person

5. 1:1 Alignment Call Policy

Your private session must be scheduled within the timeframe provided after purchase
Rescheduling may be permitted with adequate notice (minimum 24 hours)
Missed calls or no-shows may be forfeited without rescheduling
Session duration and structure are determined by the facilitator

6. Bonus & Gift Terms

Bonus content and VIP gifts are exclusive to this tier and are non-transferable
Physical gifts (if applicable) require accurate delivery details from the participant
No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided

7. Access to Materials
VIP participants receive priority or extended access to replay materials where stated
Access duration may vary and is not guaranteed as lifetime unless specified
Sharing login details or distributing content is strictly prohibited

8. Energetic & Personal Responsibility

This experience is based on personal, energetic, and identity work.

By participating, you acknowledge:

9. Code of Conduct

Failure to do so may result in removal from the VIP experience without refund.

Reschedule 1:1 sessions if necessary
Evolve the experience in alignment with the highest outcome for the group

11. Limitation of Liability

The creator and team are not liable for:

Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation
Missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

12. Agreement

By upgrading to VIP, you confirm that:

You understand the premium nature of this experience
You are fully committed to participation and personal responsibility
You agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
