By purchasing and participating in Anointed™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

Anointed™ is a three-day online experiential immersion designed to support participants in reconnecting with their deepest gifts, spiritual authority, personal embodiment, and authentic expression.

The program includes:

Three live online immersion sessions
Replay access (currently with no stated expiration date)
Associated program materials and resources
Any bonuses offered at the time of purchase

All content is provided for educational, personal development, and spiritual growth purposes only.

2. Payment & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout.

Katie reserves the right to adjust pricing, bonuses, program inclusions, or promotional offers at any time prior to purchase.

Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised offer period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Anointed™ and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all purchases are final.

No refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credits will be provided for:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend live sessions
Failure to access replay content
Personal circumstances
Perceived lack of results

4. Replay Access

Replay access is included with your enrollment.

While replay access is currently provided without a specified expiration date, Katie reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue replay access in the future if necessary.

Reasonable notice will be provided should any significant changes occur.

By participating in Anointed™, you acknowledge and agree that:

Every participant's experience is unique.
Results vary from person to person.
Your outcomes depend on your own participation, integration, personal responsibility, choices, and implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding spiritual experiences, intuitive abilities, business growth, client acquisition, financial outcomes, visibility, or any specific personal or professional results.

You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of participating in the program.

6. Coaching & Spiritual Disclaimer

Anointed™ is a coaching, educational, and personal development experience that may include discussions around intuition, spirituality, embodiment, energetic awareness, and personal transformation.

any part of the program without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Anointed™ is intended to be a respectful and supportive learning environment.

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other members.

Any personal stories, experiences, discussions, breakthroughs, or information shared during the immersion should remain private and not be disclosed outside the program without explicit permission.

9. Code of Conduct

Katie is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for all participants.

Katie reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour is considered:

Disruptive
Abusive
Harassing
Disrespectful
Harmful to other participants
Detrimental to the integrity of the program

This decision remains at Katie's sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Katie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from participation in Anointed™.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk.
