EMBODIED EMPRESS™ TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing and enrolling in The Embodied Empress™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. THE PROGRAM

The Embodied Empress™ is an educational, coaching, personal development, and transformational program designed to support participants in exploring embodiment, leadership, identity, receiving, wealth, nervous system capacity, subconscious patterns, and related personal and professional growth.

The program includes the components outlined on the official sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

Program elements, schedules, session formats, bonuses, guest contributors, and delivery methods may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to support the program experience.

2. PAYMENT & INVESTMENT

The available payment options are:

Pay in Full:
One payment of $8,888 AUD.

Payment Plan:
Three monthly payments of $3,255 AUD, for a total investment of $9,765 AUD.

By selecting the payment plan, you authorize the agreed payment method to be charged automatically according to the payment schedule.

The payment plan is a commitment to the full program investment and is not a month-to-month cancellation arrangement.

If a payment fails, you agree to update your payment information and resolve the outstanding balance promptly. Access to the program and its resources may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policy communicated on the sales page and/or at checkout.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Choosing a payment plan does not create a right to cancel future payments simply because you no longer wish to participate in the program.

If you have an exceptional circumstance that affects your ability to participate, please contact the program team as soon as possible so your circumstances can be reviewed.

4. PROGRAM ACCESS

Your access to the program is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or given to another person.

Program materials, recordings, resources, community access, and other content are provided for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any program materials without prior written permission.

5. LIVE SESSIONS & RECORDINGS

Live sessions may be recorded for participant access and replay.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that live group sessions may include recordings of your participation, including your name, voice, image, questions, or contributions.

If you have concerns about appearing in recordings, please contact the program team before participating in a recorded session.

6. COMMUNITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

The Embodied Empress™ may include private group spaces, coaching environments, and community discussions.

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Information shared by another participant within a private program environment should not be shared outside that environment without their permission.

You are also responsible for exercising discretion when sharing your own personal information within the community.

7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You understand that your results from participating in Embodied Empress™ depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, consistency, and implementation.

No specific financial, business, personal, emotional, or transformational result is guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions throughout the program.

8. NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

The Embodied Empress™ is an educational and coaching program.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, accounting, or financial advice or treatment.

Nothing provided within the program should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional advice from a licensed practitioner.

You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

9. COACHING DISCLAIMER

Coaching and personal development work can involve exploring beliefs, emotions, behaviors, experiences, and patterns.

You are responsible for determining what feels appropriate for you and for seeking additional professional support where required.

If you experience a situation that requires medical, psychological, psychiatric, emergency, or other professional intervention, you agree to seek appropriate professional assistance.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content and materials, including but not limited to videos, recordings, written materials, frameworks, exercises, presentations, workbooks, audio, branding, and other resources, remain the intellectual property of the program owner and/or its licensors.

Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own personal development.

No ownership of the intellectual property is transferred to you.

11. BONUSES

Any bonuses included with your purchase are subject to their stated terms, availability, dates, and conditions.

Where a bonus involves an in-person event, retreat, healing day, lunch, travel, accommodation, or other third-party expense, those additional costs may be the participant's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bonus availability may be subject to capacity and applicable eligibility requirements.

12. SCHEDULE & PROGRAM CHANGES

While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the program as described, dates, times, facilitators, session formats, or other program details may occasionally need to change.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be given notice of significant changes.

A change to the schedule or delivery format does not automatically create a right to a refund.

13. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

You agree to participate respectfully and appropriately within all program spaces.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, disruptive conduct, unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or behavior that compromises the safety or experience of other participants may result in removal from the program or community.

In such circumstances, access may be terminated without a refund, subject to applicable law.

14. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, software, and email address required to access the program.

The program provider is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by your device, internet connection, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The program may use third-party platforms such as Kajabi, Zoom, private community platforms, email providers, payment processors, or other technology services.

Your use of these platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The program provider will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver the program caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, technology failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements where practical.

17. AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You agree to fulfill your payment obligations.

• You understand that results are not guaranteed.

• You agree to use the program materials for your personal use only.

• You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase the program.
