Is it a Sacred Pause or Swampy Femme?

If you’ve been in my world you will have heard me speak about what I call “Swampy Femme” energy before. 

 

Im describing the state a woman gets into when she drops her hyper masculine armour or ways, and then goes into a gooey puddle of unhealthy feminine energy. 

 

Theres no ‘Containment’ in this place. 

 

And when that tough hyper masculine exterior isn’t there to hold it all together, she collapses. 

 

She feels vulnerable. 

 

Unmotivated. 

 

Lacks direction, leadership and boundaries. 

 

Many women pass this off as “Ive landed in my Feminine.” And justify their burnout, avoidance and lack of focus based on that.

 

But that’s not true feminine energy. 

 

The true organic feminine is integrated in both her yin and yang. 

 

She is grounded, capable and contained.

And within that internal sense of safety, power, peace and leadership, she flows. 

 

She magnetises. 

 

She inspires. 

 

She creates. 

 

She dances with life. 

 

Fatigue and recluse are not feminine. 

 

They are a nervous system that no longer knows how to cope and function with the lack of internal power and autonomy. 

 

It is a shutting down, running away response. 

However, there are these beautifully intertwined moments in life where what we are being Called into is a sacred pause. 

 

The moments where the noise stops for a minute and we are invited inward. 

To meet ourselves, our mission and spirit more deeply. 

 

This is sacred. 

 

The over achieving woman can’t stand this stillness and quiet because she needs to be on the go all of the time to feel enough. 

 

The swampy femme will never get here because she’s incapable of true peace and pause. 

 

Our job, is to embody a healthy feminine and masculine balance and frame.

 

Which looks different for every woman. 

 

And find a place of equilibrium and balance between he two as a state of being. 

 

Not ping ponging between unhealthy masculine hustle and burnout. 

 

Thats where the magic happens. 

 

Where you start to receive instead of force. 

 

Where you move from alignment and power, instead of performance. 

 

Where you land in the fullness of your being and life responds by blessing you with your hearts desires. Synchronicity and magic. 

 

So today, something you could ask yourself is, what season am I in? 

 

Is it a season of femme fire - action, forward movement, and creation. 

 

Is it a season of femme flow - receiving, trusting, allowing, receiving. 

 

Or is it a season of Sacred Pause? Am I listening?
